Could have happened had the Incredibles been introduced in the 1960s/early 70s rather than 2004, but nothing would have topped the episodes where the gang met up with Speed Buggy and Jeanie and Babu.
My guess is that Violet would likely be paired up with Shaggy and Scooby due to her shyness in meeting strangers at first, although she's could be paired up with Daphne for the 1st half of the episode seeing as Daphne would be able to teach her some new things and helping her get over her shyness, Velma could even help make Violet smarter (plus she'd be the one who's most likely to run away from ghosts and whatnot, seeing as she freaked out a few times in the movie and gets scared easily).
Bob and Helen would act very similar to Batman and Robin in the fact that they don't get scared very often, but with a slight comedic element (Helen would freak out a few times similar to Robin).
Dash I can see either be paired up with Violet very briefly, or even Fred and Velma.
